客製化訂製條款與退換貨政策
關於本商店商品
我們將每一件作品視為藝術品販售——部分商品甚至融入手工製作工藝，兼具公益精神，每一件都是獨一無二的存在。
本商店所有商品均屬依消費者個人需求製作之客製化商品，依消費者保護法規定，不適用一般網路購物之 7 天猶豫期。
不受理退換貨之情況
下列情況恕不接受退換貨申請：
- 尺寸不合、版型與預期不同
- 螢幕顯色與實品存在色差（合理範圍 ±5–10%）
- 個人喜好改變、不喜歡、買錯款式
- 與想像中不同等主觀因素
下單即代表您已閱讀並同意本客製化訂製條款。
唯一可申請補寄或退款之情況
若收到商品時發現以下嚴重出廠瑕疵，請於收到商品 48 小時內拍照或錄影存證，並聯絡官方客服：
- 商品大面積實體損壞
- 印製圖案完全錯誤或嚴重偏差
- 寄送款式與訂單不符
我們將安排免費重新製作補寄，或視情況安排原路全額退款。
關於色差免責聲明
本站為獨立設計師品牌，專注於美學設計與藝術創作；商品由全球特約製造商無庫存接單生產。由於各裝置螢幕顯色設定不同，實品與設計圖存在 ±5–10% 合理色差，此為正常現象，不構成瑕疵退換貨之依據。
若您認為色差已超出合理範圍，我們會代為轉告並通知製造商，請求其進行品質修正。惟因本品牌定位為上游設計師品牌而非製造商，我們僅能向製造商反映並要求改善，最終處理結果以製造商回覆為準。

About Our Products
We treat every piece as a work of art. Some items incorporate handcrafted elements and carry a charitable spirit — each one is truly one of a kind.
All products are made-to-order based on individual custom designs. As such, they do not qualify for standard return or exchange policies.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:
- Wrong size selection or fit preference
- Minor color variances between screen display and physical print (±5–10% is considered normal)
- Change of mind, personal preference, or ordering errors
- Product not matching personal expectations
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Custom Order Terms.
Replacements & Refunds
We will provide a free replacement or full refund only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors, including:
- Severe physical damage upon arrival
- Completely wrong or severely misprinted design
- Incorrect item shipped
Please contact us with clear photos or video within 48 hours of delivery.
Color Variance Disclaimer
We are an independent designer brand focused on aesthetic design and artistic creation. All production is handled by global manufacturing partners on a made-to-order basis. Due to differences in monitor calibration and display settings, reasonable color variances of ±5–10% between the digital design and the physical product are expected and do not qualify as defects.
If you believe the color variance exceeds a reasonable range, we will relay your concern and formally notify the manufacturer to request quality improvements. However, as an upstream designer brand — not a manufacturer — our role is to communicate and advocate on your behalf; the final resolution is subject to the manufacturer's response.

I have read and agree to the Custom Order & Color Variance Terms: This store is an independent designer brand responsible for aesthetic design. Products are manufactured by global partner factories on a made-to-order basis. Reasonable color variances (±5–10%) are expected due to monitor settings. In the event of manufacturing defects, we will relay the issue to the manufacturer for a replacement. All sales are final.
