📝 品牌專屬退換貨政策（雙語範本）

本商店商品皆屬於「依消費者要求所為之客製化給付」，並不適用一般網路購物的 7 天鑑賞期。

不予退換貨之情況：
不接受因「尺寸不合」、「有色差」、「不喜歡了」、「與想像中不同」、「買錯了」等個人主觀因素之退換貨。下單即代表您同意此專屬訂製條款。
唯一可申請補寄/退款之情況：
若您收到商品時，發現有嚴重出廠瑕疵（如：鞋面大面積破損、完全印錯圖案、寄錯款式、兩腳尺寸不一），請於收到商品 48 小時內拍照或錄影存證，並聯絡我們的官方客服。我們會全額免費為您重新製作並補寄一雙新鞋，或安排原路退款。

【English Version】

Since all our products are made-to-order based on individual custom designs, we do not support returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or minor color variances between the screen and the physical print.

We only provide replacements or refunds for manufacturing defects or shipping errors (e.g., severe physical damage, completely wrong design, or misprinted items). Please contact us with clear photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery.

I agree to the Custom Order & Color Terms: We are an independent designer brand; production is handled by global manufacturing partners. Due to monitor settings, reasonable color variances (±5-10%) are expected. In the event of manufacturing defects, we will relay the issue to the manufacturer for a replacement. All sales are final.
