退貨與退款政策｜Return & Refund Policy
本商店所有商品均屬依消費者個人需求製作之客製化商品，每一件作品皆視為藝術品販售，部分融入手工製作元素，每一件都是獨一無二的存在。依消費者保護法規定，客製化商品不適用一般網路購物之 7 天猶豫期。
不受理退換貨之情況
下列情況恕不接受退換貨申請：
- 尺寸不合、版型與預期不同
- 螢幕顯色與實品存在色差（合理範圍 ±5–10%）
- 個人喜好改變、不喜歡、買錯款式或與想像不同等主觀因素
下單即代表您已閱讀並同意本客製化訂製條款。
唯一可申請補寄或退款之情況
若收到商品時發現以下嚴重出廠瑕疵，請於收到商品 48 小時內拍照或錄影存證，並聯絡collect@ningxistudio.com：
- 商品大面積實體損壞
- 印製圖案完全錯誤或嚴重偏差
- 寄送款式與訂單不符
我們將安排免費重新製作補寄，或視情況安排原路全額退款。
色差免責聲明
本站為獨立設計師品牌，商品由全球特約製造商無庫存接單生產。由於各裝置螢幕顯色設定不同，實品與設計圖存在 ±5–10% 合理色差，此為正常現象。若您認為色差已超出合理範圍，我們將代為轉告並通知製造商請求改善，惟最終處理結果以製造商回覆為準。

All products are made-to-order based on individual custom designs and are treated as works of art. As such, they do not qualify for standard return or exchange policies.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for: wrong size selection, minor color variances (±5–10% is normal), change of mind, or personal preference. By placing an order, you agree to these Custom Order Terms.
Replacements & Refunds
We will provide a free replacement or full refund only for verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors (severe damage, completely wrong design, or incorrect item shipped).Please contact collect@ningxistudio.com with photos/video within 48 hours of delivery.
Color Variance Disclaimer
We are an independent designer brand; production is handled by global manufacturing partners. Reasonable color variances of ±5–10% are expected and do not qualify as defects. If you believe the variance exceeds a reasonable range, we will relay your concern to the manufacturer, though the final resolution is subject to their response.
