製作時間
所有商品均為客製化接單生產，下單後開始製作。標準商品製作約需 5–10 個工作天；珠寶及手工訂製商品約需 14 個工作天（視複雜程度而定）。

運送時間
製作完成後，國際運送約需 7–21 個工作天，實際時間依目的地國家及海關處理而異。

運費
運費於結帳時依您的地址自動計算顯示，購買前您一定會先看到運費金額。

國際關稅與進口稅
國際買家需自行承擔目的地國家所產生的進口關稅、增值稅及相關費用。本店採 DDU（未完稅交貨）方式出貨，關稅由買家於收貨時向當地海關支付。

客製化商品不退換及關稅拒收政策
由於本商品為設計／客製化商品，下單後一律不接受退換貨。若收到商品有嚴重出廠瑕疵，請於收貨後 48 小時內聯絡我們。若收件人因拒絕支付當地關稅而拒收包裹，物流公司將視為放棄包裹並直接銷毀，本店一律不予退款。

運送延遲
我們對因貨運業者、海關處理或不可抗力因素造成的延遲概不負責。商品一旦交付貨運業者，風險即移轉至買方。

All products are made-to-order. Production begins after your order is placed.

Production Time
Standard items: 5–10 business days. Jewelry and handcrafted items: approximately 14 business days, depending on complexity.

Delivery Time
After production, international shipping takes approximately 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You will always see the shipping cost before completing your purchase.

International Customs & Import Duties
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, and related fees imposed by their country. All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customs fees are collected by local authorities upon delivery.

Custom/Design Items & Customs Abandonment Policy
Due to the nature of our custom design products, all sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded. If you receive an item with a significant manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If a recipient refuses to pay local customs duties/taxes and rejects the package, the carrier will consider the package abandoned and it will be destroyed. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for packages abandoned due to unpaid customs.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
